Freelance Videographer [Part-Time]
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for recording government meetings and community events in Franklin County. Northwest Access TV covers municipal and school meetings, sports, concerts, presentations, etc. If you have a passion for video production, we want to hear from you. Hours vary from 5-10 per week, mostly evenings. Position may also require working remotely depending on community needs. Equipment and basic training will be provided. Some camera experience is required. Reliable transportation is a must.

We are currently in need of the following position:
Minute Taker
Northwest Access TV currently has an opening for a Minute Taker. The selected candidate is responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Director in the form of taking minutes during the board of directors’ meeting. This is a part-time position at a wage of $75 per meeting. Meetings take place on the third Monday of each month, averaging 2 hours.
Responsibilities
- Attend all board meetings when required. (Third Monday of each month)
- Record all key decisions and discussion items of the meetings of the board
- Ensure minutes of each meeting are provided to the Executive Director within one week of that meeting occurring
- Maintain an impartial stance while transcribing notes for future review.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent transcription, writing, and processing skills.
- Ability to take detailed minutes.
- Accurate note taking and key boarding skills
- Knowledge in board governance processes and Robert’s Rules of Order is a plus
- Organization and communication skills are desired.
