Paul Snyder | Executive Director

Paul has worked for Northwest Access TV since 2015. His first role of Programming Coordinator shifted to Executive Director in 2020 where he overseas all organization operations. Most proud of the stations commitment to cover live local sports throughout Franklin County along with several northeast regional awards for producing short feature pieces in the community. When Paul isn’t at work, he spends his time with his energetic twin daughters and amazing wife along with playing pick up football and rooting on his favorite New England sports teams.

Alan Cunningham | Technology Coordinator

Alan has been with NWA-TV since 2017, when he joined as a videographer. He graduated from the Burlington Technical Center’s media production class, and has been a student of all things digital since a young age. When not at work, Alan spends his free time playing with his four children, watching sports, playing guitar, fixing things around the house, and playing video games.

Roger Lindala | Programming Coordinator

Roger first came to Northwest Access TV as a part-time videographer, with nudges from the posse at the Swanton Arts Council. A Vermonter since 2003 (not long enough, he knows), he began his broadcast career back in the days of film. He’s been a pit spotter in Formula 1 and flown on national political campaign planes. He’s fetched coffee for celebrities. And acted on stages from Enosburgh to, well, Enosburg! He’s now all about schedules – a perfect, if uncomfortable, fit for wannabe homesteader trying to get more closely tied to the local food movement. Send him some video!
