Public Hearing on Interim Bylaw

The legal voters of the Town of St. Albans are hereby warned and notified of a Public Hearing on the proposed interim Bylaw for flood hazard regulations taking place on Wednesday, June 8th at the St. Albans Town Hall, 579 Lake Road, St. Albans, VT.

This meeting will take place immediately following the Public Hearing on the Town Plan. The Interim Bylaws are intended to allow efficient and expeditious review, approval, and appeal procedures for repair, relocation, replacement, and mitigation projects caused by extensive 2011 flooding.

The Interim Bylaws are intended to apply to those projects only, and the Interim By-laws are term-limited from date of adoption by the Selectboard through November 30, 2011.
